Alexander Bernhard

Managing Director / General Manager

Location: Augsburg

In my role as Managing Director of SWAN, I place great emphasis on integrity, transparency, and self-responsibility, both for myself and for my employees. My experience in SAP consulting supports me in acting strategically, pragmatically, and human-centered. These principles laid the foundation when SWAN was founded in 2011 and continue to guide my actions today.

My focus is on the continuous development of our corporate culture. Only in this way can we ensure that SWAN remains future-proof both organizationally and technologically, and that we consistently deliver value to our customers. In doing so, I rely on my expertise as an entrepreneur and my ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.

A brief personal insight:

Privately, I set myself high goals: currently on my bucket list is pilot training for light aircraft. I also dream of an icebreaker cruise in the Arctic and a multi-week flight safari through Africa. With this mix of professional passion and personal ambitions, I like to actively shape the future – for SWAN, our customers, and myself.

Matthias Martens

Managing Director

I am Managing Director of SWAN GmbH in Germany and a logistics consultant by passion. My experience spans many industries, building new business areas, and process-related issues in SAP logistics (procurement, sales, maintenance, warehousing, transport, production, after-sales). As a graduate in business administration and business informatics with over 20 years of experience in SAP logistics and management consulting, I have supported numerous companies in digitizing their supply chains. I bring this knowledge to SWAN with great enthusiasm for technical innovation and a clear passion for consulting and SAP Digital Supply Chain.

“WE” comes first for me – team spirit, trust, appreciation, flexibility, and a high level of competence and expertise are our foundation for success in shaping the digital transformation of logistics at our customers.

Logistics and supply chains are part of my daily work but also part of my teaching: since 2019, I have given lectures in supply chain management at the Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences in Bochum to inspire students for this field.

A brief personal insight:

Privately, my wife and I love spending time outdoors – whether hiking or cross-country skiing in the mountains, going to the beach, the beer garden, or the VFL Osnabrück football stadium. Our loyal outdoor companion for four years is Fiete, a curious and friendly little Dalmatian.

Kai Starke

Director SAP Realization – Authorized Signatory

Location: Nuremberg

With my roots in SAP consulting, I form an important interface between sales & business, technology, and customers. With SWAN, we founded a people-centered company in 2011 that considers the needs of both our customers and employees – and not just profit-driven. This also benefits our customers, as together we create the optimal solution for every use case that isn’t possible out-of-the-box.

It is particularly important to me to show our employees opportunities to grow together with SWAN. And above all, how they can optimally apply their skills and creativity for our success. Because as a team, we have conquered every complex and difficult issue. Customer orientation and employee centricity go hand in hand for me. My strength lies especially in the operational management of SAP logistics projects, sales, communication, organization, and SWAN’s strategic direction.

A brief personal insight:

Privately, I have a great passion for fast motorized and non-motorized two-wheelers. Especially on the racing bike, I set myself high and ambitious goals that are personally very important to me. My tendency toward rather risky sports activities also ensures me a regular spot in orthopaedic clinics around Nuremberg.

Yvonne Oehme

Director Business Administration – Authorized Signatory

Location: Nuremberg

With over 15 years of experience in commercial areas, customer support, sales, and finance, I keep an eye on the big picture. I embody the service mindset for both our employees and our customers. It’s important to me to encourage solution-oriented thinking and action among our employees – even across departmental and team boundaries.

As a mentor, advisor, and sparring partner for all organizational and administrative areas, I serve as the liaison between management and employees. My focus includes designing, process control, and implementing measures for operational and strategic company goals.

A brief personal insight:

I live in a patchwork family with four children and a dog – under the motto “I love structure and order – but master the chaos.”

Andreas Brand

Director SAP Realization – Authorized Signatory

Location: Giebelstadt

I bring over ten years of experience as an SAP EWM and logistics consultant and for years led the implementation team at SSI Schäfer. Thanks to my deep expertise and strategic leadership, I support our SWAN employees in their development. I place great value on a motivating working atmosphere and support innovation initiatives within the company. My commitment also extends to customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of our internal processes for successful project implementation. My goal is to actively shape SWAN’s future and ensure we always stay at the forefront.

A brief personal insight:

Not only am I fully passionate at SWAN: I serve voluntarily as the head of SV Veitshöchheim and enjoy gardening in my free time. My wife and I bought an old 1954 house and fully renovated it ourselves.
