For the manufacturer of interior components and control systems for the automotive industry, we implemented a fully automated multifunctional warehouse with SAP EWM / MFS in Hardheim.

The double-deep high-bay warehouse with inbound and outbound stations on both sides prepares shipping pallets sequentially for outbound logistics and supplies the double-deep AKL with replenishment. The AKL with multiple load-handling devices supplies the sequenced picking workstations. Production is connected via tugger trains.
TMD Friction

Together with our automation partner KARDEX MLOG, we implemented SAP EWM at TMD Friction’s highly automated production site in Essen.

The scope includes a high-bay warehouse with multiple inbound and outbound stations, a multi-aisle automated container warehouse, and corresponding pallet and container conveyor systems on multiple levels. A key highlight is the sequenced recipe filling in production directly at automated workstations in the mixing area.
