As a Fiori Launchpad extension, the SWAN UI5 Reporter can be quickly and easily integrated into your existing UI5 dialogs. Once activated, it records key analysis data relevant to troubleshooting, such as user interactions with the dialog, log entries from the backend and frontend, as well as data requested via the backend. If an error occurs, the complete interaction history is frozen up to the moment of disruption.
This enables users to quickly understand and resolve the issue themselves. For more complex causes, the UI5 Reporter also includes an interface for forwarding the error, along with descriptions and analysis data, to internal or external service teams.
