As a service customer at SWAN, you will be assigned an EWM expert in the role of key account. As your direct contact person, all information comes together with this person. In order to improve the quality of our offer and to be able to guarantee a tailor-made service, regular coordination takes place in the course of the key account management.

These meetings serve as a forum for you to discuss open tickets, improvement requests and all topics relevant to you with the expert.
Your key account manager is responsible for you in the long term and becomes an expert when it comes to your requirements.
