Augsburg, May 11, 2021 – SWAN GmbH is one of the top employers both in Bavaria and nationally. In the Great Place to Work® “Best Employer Competition” of the international research and consulting institute of the same name, the project house for SAP logistics received excellent rankings for its workplace culture. SWAN is one of the 14 best ICT employers in Germany in the 50-100 employee size class and ranks 16th among the best employers in Bavaria in the same class. Employee feedback is an important tool for knowing and disclosing the needs of employees and for initiating, controlling and evaluating necessary change processes in the company. For the continuous further development of its corporate culture, SWAN has relied on this tool since it was founded ten years ago. With great success, as the results of the latest survey by the Great Place to Work® Institute, founded in 1991, confirm. According to the independent institute, SWAN ranks 14th among the best employers in the ITC industry from all over Germany in the size class 50-100 employees and 16th among the best employers in Bavaria among a total of 680 participants across all size classes.
The Great Place to Work® competition consists largely of anonymous and representative employee surveys on the topics of trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. A written cultural audit by company management on measures and programs to create an attractive workplace culture completes the competition. An above-average 85 percent of the employees voluntarily submitted themselves to the independent examination of the institute and gave the SAP project house the excellent rankings.
“Everyone here makes an important contribution to working together. That is why we rely on a high level of personal responsibility, a flexible workplace structure, team spirit and mutual respect as well as a culture of open discussion. Our rankings at Great Place to Work® prove that we all do very well with these values,” says Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH.
