The Great Place to Work® competition consists largely of anonymous and representative employee surveys on the topics of trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. A written cultural audit by company management on measures and programs to create an attractive workplace culture completes the competition. An above-average 85 percent of the employees voluntarily submitted themselves to the independent examination of the institute and gave the SAP project house the excellent rankings.

“Everyone here makes an important contribution to working together. That is why we rely on a high level of personal responsibility, a flexible workplace structure, team spirit and mutual respect as well as a culture of open discussion. Our rankings at Great Place to Work® prove that we all do very well with these values,” says Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH.
