For better learning: Logistics expert supports the educational mission of the Fürth-Süd Special Education Center
Augsburg/Nuremberg, June 9th, 2021 – SWAN GmbH has donated a class set of high-quality branded headsets worth €500 to the special educational support center Jakob-Wassermann-School in Fürth-Süd. The corona pandemic in particular has shown how important teaching in undisturbed surroundings is for everyone involved. For the project house for SAP logistics, it is therefore a matter of the heart to improve the learning conditions of the students and to support motivated learning in the digital classroom.
The introduction of homeschooling and hybrid education has brought massive limitations to the education sector. For nearly 15 months, this has hampered effective teaching and made sustained, focused learning difficult. Children with special needs often fall by the wayside.

Many schools still lack IT equipment for optimal learning conditions. For this reason, SWAN GmbH donated a class set of high-quality branded headsets worth €500 to the special educational support center at the Jakob-Wassermann-School in Fürth-Süd. The children use the new devices in connection with the school’s own tablets in digital lessons. “Thanks to the headsets, the children can concentrate on their own learning undisturbed by noise levels and distractions from their classmates. This is a great help for everyone and a reason to be happy!” says Headmistress Dr. Petra Reinhardt.
“Education is the future – Corona hasn’t changed that either. That’s why we want to help those students who are particularly affected by the restrictions of the pandemic. We are pleased that the children have fun learning with the donated headsets and that we can also support the parents and teachers in these difficult times,” says SWAN Managing Director Alexander Bernhard.
