SWAN GmbH has grown: Since August 2020, Sabrina Catalfamo has strengthened the management team of the software specialist for SAP logistics as Manager for Marketing and Communication. In her new role, the 30-year-old wants to optimize and further expand marketing activities and focus more on inbound marketing and lead generation.
Sabrina Catalfamo is responsible for the entire marketing and brand management of the SWAN product portfolio. She plans, designs and controls all marketing and communication measures, including the organization of events and trade fair appearances and the coordination of the entire area of graphics and print production. In addition, the communication professional is further developing the CRM tool landscape and supports the SWAN sales organization as the central contact person.
“Sabrina Catalfamo has a broad knowledge and many years of experience in the field of direct and indirect communication. With her on board, we want to continue on our successful course and expand our competence in the logistics sector,” says Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH.
After completing her training as a marketing communications clerk, Catalfamo began a dual course of study with the Nuremberg-based Müller Medien family of companies. There she initially worked as a dialogue marketing manager with a focus on online marketing. The active athlete then took over responsibility for project management and later direct marketing of digital products. Before joining SWAN, Catalfamo worked at ERP provider IFS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. In an international team, she was primarily responsible for trade fair and event planning, HR marketing and Facebook ads.
“Marketing is a very fast-moving discipline. More than ever, companies have to adapt to new trends and circumstances. Of course, that also applies to SWAN,” says Sabrina Catalfamo. “I don’t just want to implement individual measures in isolation from each other, I want to create interlocking interfaces in order to maximize the benefit of individual measures.”

Catalfamo rates the diverse tasks, the daily new challenges and the excellent working atmosphere in a young, committed team as particularly positive at SWAN. “The ‘team play’ defined in the corporate values is reflected in daily practice. All employees work on the company’s success and pull together. I also appreciate the family atmosphere and good work-life balance. I didn’t always get to know both as a matter of course,” she continues.
