AutoStore offers you a powerful, flexible and quickly scalable solution for storing and picking small parts. As a modular system, AutoStore is based on system containers stored in blocks that are moved by robots along an aluminum structure called a grid. The special design of the AutoStore construction uses the available space optimally: The bins are stacked directly on top of each other, allowing multiple items to be stored in a single bin. Storage and retrieval of the containers are automated by robots, which significantly reduces the error rate. Thanks to the intelligent rearrangement of bins during order processing, products that are needed more frequently are stored higher up, which again significantly reduces order fulfillment times.
The system can be expanded at will and grows with your business volume. Altogether, the AutoStore system offers you an efficient, space-saving and flexible solution for warehousing and picking.
