Using real-time information from the store floor, the SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit creates a data-driven 3D image of your warehouse. This form of warehouse visualization simplifies your control station’s daily tasks by clearly displaying complex processes, thus allowing intuitive operation and process control. In addition to the 3D image, customizable dashboards and practical filtering and sorting functions ensure that your employees can quickly access the information they need.
INTUITIVE WAREHOUSE CONTROL – THANKS TO THE DIGITAL TWIN FROM YOUR SAP DATA
To display your virtual warehouse map, SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit uses existing data from your SAP EWM (e.g. on movements, storage bins, stocks, and HU information). The three-dimensional warehouse image thus becomes a “digital twin” (Digital Twin) in which your employees can control the real warehouse.
This digital twin features high usability thanks to its UI5 framework. All logistics activities within your warehouse can be controlled intuitively and with little training time via the graphically prepared interface. Thanks to IoT integration, you can locate not only your goods but also every machine with pinpoint accuracy in the warehouse and thus optimize route planning within your warehouse. The positioning of 3D elements (forklifts, storage locations, gates, transport units, handling units, stocks, etc.) is also done using standard SAP data.

EASY INTEGRATION INTO YOUR SAP LANDSCAPE
The SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit can be integrated into any modern SAP EWM system and is quickly ready for use thanks to the seamless use of the SAP standard during development. Retrofitting in existing SAP installations is also possible without additional middleware. Thanks to the deep integration with your SAP EWM, all information in the SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit is always up-to-date.
Your warehouse control center can access SAP EWM data and functions directly from the SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit, for example for data manipulation. In addition, the SAPUI5 open-source standard allows the integration of SAP-independent interfaces to third-party providers. This provides you with connectivity options for real-time location systems (RTLS), for example, to display AGV and forklift activities. This allows you to fully map and control all warehouse processes in a single application.
SAP UI5 – RESPONSIVE AND CUSTOMIZABLE
Thanks to the browser-based approach of SAP UI5-based solutions, the SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit can be accessed on any modern device – from a stationary desktop PC to a smartphone. At the same time, the solution is fully responsive, i.e. the display format automatically adapts to the respective screen size.
For a better overview, users can individualize their view, for example by tailoring dashboards and 3D visualizations to a process or sub-process, so that they have exactly the information they need for their particular task.
