SWAN GmbH: Change in top management at the project house for SAP logistics
Augsburg, July 7, 2020 – SWAN GmbH is due for a change in management at the end of July. Alexander Bernhard will take over the responsibility for the project house for SAP logistics with four locations in Augsburg, Nuremberg, Wächtersbach and Altenstadt. His company founding and managing partner André Nowinski is leaving the company after almost ten years to take on a new professional challenge. André Nowinski leaves in one of the most successful years in the history of SWAN GmbH. As a shareholder, he remains closely associated with the company.

André Nowinski’s duties will be transferred in full to Alexander Bernhard. In the future, team leaders will be given more responsibility in operations, which underscores SWAN’s strategic focus on new-work methods and the ownership of all employees. The project house for SAP logistics is on very solid foundations. It has had an excellent first half. With Alexander Bernhard at the helm, SWAN is ideally positioned to continue on its successful course.
“We thank André for his great achievements for SWAN. With his extensive expertise in the logistics industry, his technical know-how and a good sense for market trends as well as his high collegiality, he has made SWAN a successful player in the logistics software market,” says Alexander Bernhard. “For his new start, I wish him all the best.”
“I am deeply indebted to SWAN, its employees, staff and shareholders for the past nine years, for the always very collegial and successful cooperation,” says André Nowinski. “I firmly believe that SWAN will continue to develop positively under the leadership of Alexander Bernhard. I look forward to continuing to be closely associated with the company as a shareholder.”
