In my role as Managing Director of SWAN, I place great value on integrity, transparency, and self-responsibility, both in myself and in my employees. My experience in SAP consulting is invaluable in this position and the associated responsibilities, allowing me to act strategically, pragmatically, and in a people-centered manner. These principles laid the foundation when SWAN was founded in 2011 and continue to guide my actions today.
My focus is on the continuous development of our corporate culture. Only in this way can we ensure that SWAN remains future-proof both organizationally and technologically, and that we always offer added value to our customers. I rely on my expertise as an entrepreneur as well as my ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
I also set high goals in my private life: currently on my bucket list is training as a pilot for sport planes. Additionally, I dream of an icebreaker voyage in the Arctic and a multi-week flight safari through Africa. With this mix of professional passion and personal ambitions, I am actively shaping the future – for SWAN, our customers, and myself.

Director SAP Realization – Authorized Signatory

With my roots in SAP consulting, I serve as an important interface between sales & business, technology, and customers. In 2011, with SWAN, we created a people-oriented company that considers the needs of our customers and employees – and does not act purely for profit. This also benefits our customers, as we work together to create the optimal solution for every application that would not be possible out-of-the-box.
It is especially important to me to show our employees how they can walk a common path with SWAN. And above all, how they can optimally contribute their skills and creativity to our success. As a team, we have mastered every complex and difficult issue. Therefore, customer orientation and employee centering go hand in hand for me. My strength lies particularly in the operational management of SAP logistics projects, sales, communication, organization, and the strategic direction of SWAN.
Privately, I have a great passion for fast motorized and non-motorized two-wheelers. Especially on my racing bike, I continually set high and ambitious goals, whose achievement is very important to me personally. My inclination towards rather risky sporting activities also secures me a regular place in the orthopedic clinics in the greater Nuremberg area.

Yvonne Oehme

With over 15 years of experience in the commercial sector, customer service, sales, and finance, I maintain a broad perspective. I embody the service mindset for both our employees and our customers. It is important to me to promote solution-oriented thinking and action among our employees – even across departmental and team boundaries.
As a mentor, advisor, and sparring partner for the entire organizational and administrative area, I serve as the link between management and employees. My focus areas include the design, process management, and implementation of operational and strategic corporate goals.
I live in a patchwork family with four children and a dog – under the motto “I love structure and order – but I master chaos.”

Andreas Brand

I bring over ten years of experience as an SAP EWM and logistics consultant and held leadership responsibility over the realization team at SSI Schäfer for many years. Thanks to my deep expertise and strategic leadership, I support our SWAN employees in their development. I place great value on a motivating work atmosphere and support innovation initiatives within the company. My commitment is also focused on customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of our internal processes for successful project implementation. My goal is to actively shape the future of SWAN and ensure that we always stay on the cutting edge.
But I’m not only passionate at SWAN: I am also actively involved as the first chairman of SV Veitshöchheim and enjoy spending my free time gardening. My wife and I purchased an old house from 1954 and completely renovated it ourselves.
