LogiMAT 2025

SWAN Focuses on Connected and User-Centric SAP Solutions for Maximum Performance

Project House for SAP Logistics at Hall 4, Booth C09 at Logistics Trade Fair in Stuttgart

Augsburg, January 14, 2025–At this year’s LogiMAT, SWAN GmbH will provide answers to how logistics processes can be made more customer-oriented and perform better with connected SAP solutions. The project house for SAP logistics offers a customer-oriented portfolio of services and solutions for the SAP EWM & MFS, SAP TM, and SAP DM modules as well as modern UI/UX with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. Touchpoints for the SAP Cloud and the SAP Business Technology Platform, proprietary products, live demos, project insights, and an insight into the corporate strategy complete SWAN’s presence at the trade fair. The expert insight provided by Kai Starke, Director SAP Realization, will provide additional know-how. You will find SWAN in Hall 4, Booth C09.

“Passion for Solutions”—with this passionate and solution-oriented slogan, LogiMAT will kick off from March 11 to 13, 2025 at Messe Stuttgart and offer practical knowledge, trends, and visions from the European logistics industry. Artificial intelligence, automation, and digitalization are just three of the buzzwords with which the intralogistics trade fair in the heart of Europe attracts trade visitors and interested parties. SWAN also showcases practical approaches: for the logistics of the future and to increase productivity and added value along the entire supply chain.

Holistic SAP solutions: Connected, smart, high-performance

The solution portfolio of SWAN covers all core areas of SAP logistics. SAP EWM and SAP MFS optimize warehouse and material flow processes through seamless integration and automation. SAP TM enables efficient transport processing, especially in the context of the SAP LE-TRA discontinuation at the end of 2027. SAP DM closes the data gap between production and logistics and offers real-time transparency in manufacturing processes. UI/UX solutions with SAP Fiori focus on user-friendliness, while the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrates cloud innovations. By linking the systems, SWAN creates a basis for transparent, scalable, and high-performance logistics processes.

Customer-oriented and innovative: the SWAN product portfolio

In addition to the core solutions, SWAN will present a range of innovative add-ons at LogiMAT 2025. The digital twin SWAN 3D Logistics Cockpit enables companies to visualize their warehouse floor through its interactive, virtual 3D warehouse image with real-time data. With the help of AutoStore Warehouse Integration, customers can connect their AutoStore system directly to their SAP solution. SWAN will also be offering live demos of its KPI dashboard for data-based process optimization. The UI5 Reporter, which records UI5 dialogs and can retrieve all previous data for process analysis in the event of error messages, will also be in use at the stand. “For us, LogiMAT is much more than just a stage for presenting our solutions. It offers us the perfect opportunity for a direct exchange with partners and customers on a professional level. The innovative spirit of this trade fair inspires us anew every year. Our products aim to make logistics processes more efficient and user-friendly – the prerequisites for long-term success on the market,” emphasizes Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH.

Retrofit, automatization, and 24/7 service

SWAN also supports companies in the modernization of existing logistics systems. So-called retrofit projects, technical interface developments, and the integration of automated systems are also part of the range of services, as is the Customer Lifecycle Service (CLS). This 24/7 support from SWAN ensures that all solutions function smoothly and are kept up to date—around the clock, even for customers of other SAP EWM project houses.

Knowledge transfer at LogiMAT

Another highlight of SWAN’s trade fair appearance is the expert insight provided by Kai Starke, authorized signatory and Director SAP Realization at SWAN GmbH. In his session “Shop floor usability in focus: With SAP EWM and UI5 to smart logistics”, Starke will show how intuitive user interfaces can increase the efficiency of warehouse processes.
