Project House for SAP Logistics Expands Leadership Team with Seasoned Industry Expert

Augsburg, April 27, 2022. SWAN GmbH, specializing in SAP logistics projects, has strengthened its team with new personnel. Since April 1, 2022, Martin Fröschl has taken on the role of Director SAP TM, responsible for business development and expanding the SAP TM business area. The 49-year-old Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker brings extensive experience, comprehensive expertise, and a broad network in the logistics industry. Martin Fröschl is based in Giebelstadt, one of SWAN’s seven locations in Germany, reporting directly to Managing Director Alexander Bernhard.

In his new role as SAP TM Director, Martin Fröschl aims to position SWAN more strongly in the market as a provider of tailored SAP logistics solutions across various industries and further enhance customer relationships through thought leadership. “My strategy and activities focus on acquiring more projects and personnel, exploring new sectors, and expanding marketing initiatives,” says Martin Fröschl. The 49-year-old Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker is a logistics expert specializing in SAP EWM. Over the past 20 years, he has developed profound SAP expertise, which he now brings to SWAN. With Fröschl’s experience and know-how, SWAN aims to integrate the SAP TM module more deeply within the company and pitch it more intensively in conjunction with SAP EWM.

Maximizing Potential

Martin Fröschl has been active in the IT and logistics industry for over 25 years. Before joining SWAN, he served as SAP Area Manager at Körber Supply Chain Software GmbH, formerly inconso GmbH. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at logistics giant SSI Schäfer, initially as Team Leader SAP Projects and later as Director SAP Realization. Last year, SWAN acquired the SAP business unit of the SSI Schäfer Group and fully integrated all employees and existing branches. This integration reunited Martin Fröschl with former colleagues. His career began as IT Manager in France at automotive supplier MAGNA Système Châssis Sarl. After four years there, he moved to SALT Solutions GmbH, where he was most recently SAP Area Manager.
